Background

Eos Advisory Partners was founded by George A. Fang, a senior Consultant and Financial Advisory services professional who has assembled a high caliber team of professionals that bring formidable experience and expertise to assist Eos' clients.

For our Capital Advisory clients, Eos develops and executes on well defined capital raising strategies by providing innovative, objective and timely advice on all aspects of raising private equity and private debt capital including valuation, marketing, structuring and pricing. Recently, the firm has worked on significant Capital Advisory engagements in Real Estate as an Alternative asset class and has successfully completed numerous capital raises for Real Estate GPs and Sponsors seeking to raise capital.

In Corporate Finance Advisory, Eos advises both performing and underperforming clients on a broad range of strategic and tactical challenges including performance improvement, rebalancing debt-equity ratio and capital structure optimization. Eos assesses financial, operational and strategic challenges and provides strategic advice to improve financial performance, drive economies of scale and maximize value.
