Mr. Fang is Founder and Managing Director at Eos Advisory Partners and has 20 years of professional experience as a Consultant and Financial Advisor.  Mr. Fang has completed more than $4 billion in Capital Advisory and Corporate Finance Advisory engagements across the Restructuring, Real Estate, Financial Services, Healthcare, Internet Services, Automotive, Steel and Hotels & Lodging industries.

Prior to Eos, Mr. Fang held executive roles at Huron Consulting, Goldin Associates in Restructuring Advisory and UBS PaineWebber, ING Barings, Jefferies & Company in Investment Banking, M&A and Equity Capital Markets.  Through his considerable experience, Mr. Fang has developed a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to create and execute on viable business solutions and initiatives.

Mr. Fang earned his MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Duke University.
