Mr. Minetti is a Senior Advisor to Eos Advisory Partners and has more than 20 years of professional experience as a consultant, principal, financial advisor and corporate executive. During this time his experiences spanned all areas of corporate management including strategic planning, business development, financial control and management of day-to-day operations.

Prior to Eos, Mr. Minetti held senior, executive suite and board level positions including Vice Chairman of the board at 1-800-Flowers. In addition, Mr. Minetti served as a Managing Director for Kidder, Peabody & Co. where he was responsible for their High Yield Bond group.

He holds a BA degree in Business Administration from St. Michaels College. For the past eleven years, he has served on the Board of Directors of Misonix, a NASDAQ listed company.
