Mr. De Leon is an Associate who plays a key role in analytical and execution support.  He has detailed experience in financial analysis, asset valuation, cash flow modeling, due diligence and strategic assessments.  He has worked on a number of Capital Advisory and Corporate Finance Advisory engagements for financial services and real estate operating companies.

Prior to Eos, he worked as an intern at The Blackstone Group in the Private Equity and Real Estate Valuation Group.  At Blackstone, he completed complex cash flow and valuation analyses on $250 million of the firm’s real estate holdings. 

Prior to Blackstone, he worked as an intern at G Asset Management, a value oriented hedge fund, where he assisted in strategic decisions and valuation of a $200 million privately held real estate portfolio. 

He graduated from New York University with a degree in Economics from the College of Arts and Sciences with a concentration in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
